# US Pediatric Partners Expands Behavioral Health Footprint with Acquisition of Hope Services in North Carolina

## *New partnership adds three Raleigh-area locations and strengthens integrated pediatric care model*

RALEIGH, N.C., April 22, 2025 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- US Pediatric Partners ("USPP"), a pediatric healthcare provider dedicated to serving underserved communities, has acquired Hope Services, a community-based mental health and care management provider with three locations in the greater Raleigh, North Carolina area.

This acquisition follows USPP's recent integration of BTST Services, a Maryland-based behavioral health provider and fellow Webster Equity Partners-backed company, further advancing its vision to build a national, integrated pediatric care model that bridges physical and mental health services. With the addition of Hope Services, USPP is well-positioned to deliver enhanced care to patients across North Carolina and now operates more than 55 locations across New Jersey, Maryland, North Carolina and South Carolina.

Hope Services offers a wide range of behavioral health services, including traditional outpatient mental health, intensive in-home, tailored care management, medication management, intensive outpatient, partial hospitalization and day treatment programs.
